How Much Fish Do I Need for Two People?
- For 2 people, get a pound of fish fillets. You’ll likely have some leftovers, which you’ll be happy to enjoy the next day! If the fish is pricey, get half a pound and add a side dish and a garden salad for a complete meal.
- For shrimp, you should get a quarter pound for peson.
- When it comes to stone crab claws, you’ll need about a pound and a half for two people, as the shells are thick and heavy.
