Mayo ketchup sauce is a quick mix of mayonnaise and ketchup with garlic and lime. It's ready in minutes and perfect for dipping chicken, fries, and tostones.

Mayoketchup Sauce

In Puerto Rico, mayo ketchup sauce is often called mayoketchup and is a simple condiment made with mayonnaise and ketchup. Garlic and a little lime juice are added for flavor.

There's not much to it, but when mixed together it's the perfect savory sauce for chicken fingers, fish sticks, and almost anything breaded and fried.

You'll find similar sauces in the Caribbean, and in the U.S. it's close to fry sauce. In Argentina and Uruguay, a similar version is called golf sauce, sometimes made with a little lemon or mustard. It's also known as pink sauce or salsa rosada in other places.

My mom used to make a simple version at home by mixing ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl for salad dressing. I loved it!

Mayo Ketchup Sauce for Chicken

Mayo ketchup sauce works well as a dip for crispy chicken nuggets, tenders, and fried cutlets.

It also makes a quick spread for chicken sandwiches, adding a creamy, tangy finish.
