Kaufmann Phase 2 appetizers are very easy to make and perfect for your healthy diet. All recipes are free from wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, added sugar, and processed ingredients. I guarantee they'll leave you feeling satisfied and make you feel like a million bucks!
The Phase 2 diet gives you a little more room to enjoy foods that you avoided during the Phase One detox. Dairy and certain legumes (never peanuts) are added back to your diet in small amounts to see which ones agree with you.
