Welcome to Cooking in The Keys! I'm Felice Kaufman, the face behind the recipes, stories, and photos you'll find on this site.
My mission at Cooking in the Keys is to bring you exceptional seafood recipes featuring wild-caught fish from sunny Florida.
With a background in grocery sales, specializing in logistics and distribution, I've garnered experience that spans various facets of the culinary industry.
Previously, I was a chef at Whole Foods Market and authored a cookbook titled Americans Cook.
Now, as a full-time food blogger, I share exceptional recipes from home in the Florida Keys.

- After years of being gluten-free, I've made sure to sprinkle a gluten-free option into every recipe! While most are naturally gluten-free, others have alternative options.
