Instructions
Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl.
Add the red bell pepper, scallions, carrot, radish, and dill (if using).
Mix until evenly combined.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Storage:
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and stir before serving.
