Smoked Salmon Fat Bombs with Everything Bagel Seasoning are a keto-friendly fusion of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasonings. Only one carb per serving.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, salmon, dill, onion, and capers with a rubber spatula.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for an hour to firm up the cream cheese.
Scatter the everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds) in a medium-sized bowl.
With a small scooper or spoon, scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Roll each ball in the mixture. Place on waxed paper or in small cupcake liners.
Chill until ready to eat.
