Instructions
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and prepared horseradish in a small bowl. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, sugar, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes until ready to use.
Serve with fish, steaks, prime, rib, or as a dip with veggies.
