Enjoy these grass fed beef tacos. With the addition of some taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and grain-free taco shells you have a quick and easy weeknight meal that kids and adults will request again and again. Ready in 20 minutes!
Measure out the taco seasoning ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together until evenly combined.
Over medium-high heat, brown the meat, breaking it into small pieces as you go. Season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. When the meat is no longer pink, push all the meat to one side of the pan and slightly tilt the pan. Scoop out most of the drippings with a big spoon.
Mix 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning or 1 store-bought packet with ½ cup of tomato sauce and ¼ cup of water. Add to meat. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan or place the skillet on a cool burner top until ready to serve.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes and drop in the tortilla, in 10 seconds or so, the bottom of the tortilla will crisp. Flip and heat the other side for another 10 seconds. and you're ready to go.
Fill each tortilla with ground beef and your favorite toppings.
