These easy Gluten Free Breadsticks are made with Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix. They take 22 minutes to make and go with everything! Yeast-free.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk 2 eggs, water, and oil in a large mixing bowl.
Add baking mix; combine well and then stir in vinegar.
Let dough sit for 4 minutes (it will thicken).
Divide the raw dough into 6 equal pieces. If you have a kitchen scale, you can weigh the dough, each piece will weigh approximately 2.66 ounces.
Roll each ball into a log of the same length and width. Place on baking sheet.
Make an egg wash by mixing an egg yolk with a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt. Using a pastry brush, brush the egg wash on top of each breadstick. (You can also use 2 tablespoons of melted butter.)
Scatter everything bagel seasoning over each breadstick.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 12 minutes. When they are done, there should be cracks on the top of each breadstick.
Let cool for 5 minutes.

Everything Bagel Seasoning RecipeFor the sesame seeds, use white toasted sesame seeds. Toasting gives them a richer, nuttier taste. You can find them in the spice aisle or the Asian foods section at your grocery store.Flaky sea salt, such as Maldon salt, is ideal if you have it. Otherwise, use a coarse salt like kosher salt.
3 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon kosher salt or flaky sea salt
