Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, and vinegar to a bowl.
Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing looks creamy.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of water. Add more, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Taste and adjust as needed. Add a little more vinegar if you want a tangier dressing.

Storage:
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir or shake before using.
