3tablespoonsminced carrotsgrated on the small teardrop holes of a box grater
1tablespoonminced onion
1tablespoonminced green bell pepper
½cupHellmann's mayonnaise
2tablespoons white sugar
1 ½teaspoonswhite distilled vinegar
½teaspoonkosher salt
dash of white pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, onions, and green pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture until well mixed.
