Keep the ham refrigerated until ready to serve. Let it sit at room temperature for 30–45 minutes before carving.
To Carve
The spiral-cut meat is already pre-sliced, so you just slip the knife between the layers and the slices almost fall away on their own.
To Heat Individual Slices (Optional)
Skillet: Warm slices for 20–30 seconds over medium-low heat.
Oven: Wrap slices in foil and heat at 275°F (135°C) for 10 minutes.
Microwave: To microwave, place the slices in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Cover them with a damp paper towel. Heat in 30-second intervals, flipping the slices until they’re warmed through.
Storage
Wrap ham tightly or place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Freezing
Portion slices, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, place in a freezer bag, and freeze for up to 3 months.
