Air fryer snapper is a fast, easy dinner with buttery, flaky fish, Old Bay seasoning, and roasted cauliflower. Everything cooks in the same air fryer for a simple meal with minimal cleanup.
12ouncessnapper fillets,fresh or thawed from frozen
3cupscauliflower florets,cut into bite-size pieces
1tablespoonolive oil
2teaspoonsOld Bay seasoning,divided
1tablespooncold butter,cubed
sea salt and black pepper
2lemonwedgesfor serving
Instructions
FOR THE CAULIFLOWER
Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
Add the cauliflower to a large bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon Old Bay. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated.
Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the crisper tray. Air fry at 390°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and tender.
Transfer the cauliflower to a plate and keep warm.
FOR THE FISH
Pat the snapper dry and remove any pin bones if present. Season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of Old Bay, then dot with the cubed butter.
Arrange the snapper in a single layer. Air fry at 390°F for 7 to 8 minutes without flipping, until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally.
Serve the snapper and cauliflower hot with lemon wedges. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
Notes
Storage: To save leftovers, place the cauliflower and fish in an airtight container. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for two days.Reheat in a small pan with a little butter over medium heat.
