Air fryer loin lamb chops are tender and full of flavor with a quick cook time. Seasoned with garlic and herbs and finished with butter, this easy dinner is gluten-free and low carb.
½teaspoonItalian seasoningor dried thyme or rosemary
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
2tablespoonsbutter
1-2 clovesminced garlic
lemon wedges, tzatziki sauce, and fresh herbs for serving
Instructions
Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels, then rub all over with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder. Let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the lamb chops in the basket (on the rack if your model has one) in a single layer.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Cook to 130 to 135°F for medium rare or 140 to 145°F for medium.
While the chops cook, melt the butter with the minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper in a small saucepan over low heat.
Remove the lamb chops to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes.
Spoon the garlic butter over the chops and serve with lemon wedges, tzatziki, and fresh herbs.
