Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Pat the lamb steak dry. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season evenly with thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the steak in the air-fryer basket, leaving space around it for airflow.
Air-fry for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the thickest part reaches at least 145°F. Cooking time will vary with thickness and the air fryer.
Transfer the steak to a plate and rest for 5 minutes. Slice it across the grain into two portions, squeeze lemon over the top, and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
