Phase 2 Salads
Phase 2 Salads are perfect for the Kaufmann Diet!
I can make a big salad with fresh greens and herbs. For dressing, I mix healthy extra virgin olive oil with apple cider vinegar and salt. Salad toppings include beans, sliced meat, chopped nuts, grated cheese, and chopped eggs. Salads are a great place to repurpose leftovers.
All recipes are free from wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, yeast, added sugar, and processed ingredients.
