These are my recipes for Kaufmann Diet Phase 2 Entrees. Your main course, whether meat, fish, or a big serving of veggies, is the star of your meal.
These recipes are all gluten-free and free from corn, peanuts, and processed ingredients.
The Kaufmann Diet is all about eating delicious, healthy foods that make you look and feel your best. To create beautiful main courses, shop for the freshest and cleanest food you can find. I live in Key Largo, Florida and I often travel to the mainland (Miami) to buy healthier food. Luckily, I have an endless supply of wild-caught fish where I live.
Start with pasture-raised meats, wild seafood, and lots of organic vegetables. Season with high quality olive oil and flaked sea salt. Not only will your food taste amazing, but you'll also reap the benefits of a nutritious diet that's good for your body and your mind.
