Phase 1 Sides
Here are our recipes for Kaufmann Diet Phase 1 Sides. We’ve included many vegetable recipes, from broccoli to baby eggplant, to cauliflower and asparagus.
All recipes are free from wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, added sugar, yeast, and processed ingredients. When vinegar is required, we use apple cider vinegar.
Most of the vegetable dishes we eat at home are roasted with premium olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, and freshly ground black pepper. We roast them on a sheet pan fitted with a sheet of parchment paper, so there is a barrier between the food and the pan. The vegetables get crispy when roasted and you’re going to love them!
Some of our favorites include:
- Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic
- Roasted Broccoli
- Oven Roasted Baby Eggplant Poppers
- Roasted Asparagus with Chopped Eggs
