Here are recipes for Kaufmann Diet Phase 1 Entrees. Your entree, or main course, could be a meat, fish, or vegetable dish, produced with pasture-raised meats, organic vegetables, and minimally processed.
All recipes are free from wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, yeast, added sugar, and processed ingredients.
