    Main Dishes

    In Key Largo, our favorite main dishes are easy to make and contain very few, if any, processed ingredients.

    Some of our entrées include Blackened Swordfish, Seared Yellowfin Tuna, and Pan-Fried Yellowtail.

    They can all be eaten for lunch or dinner, and are made from local and wild fresh fish from the warm waters of Key West, Florida.

    The best food in Key Largo is right in my kitchen! All recipes are free from wheat, soy, corn, peanuts, added sugar, and processed ingredients.
