In the Keys, we often eat fresh fish. Some of our entrées include Blackened Swordfish, Seared Yellowfin Tuna, and Pan-Fried Yellowtail. They are all simple to prepare and delicious to eat. They can all be eaten for lunch or dinner, and are made with unprocessed ingredients.
